Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Takes First Step in Public-Private Cooperation to Revitalize Hwangryonggang Saengtogil 30
Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, signed a business agreement on the 21st with the non-profit volunteer organization Rotary International District 3710 for mutual cooperation in the creation of the Hwangryonggang Ecological Path 30.
As a key pledge of the 8th local government administration, the district laid the foundation for civic cooperation and participation to ensure the success and revitalization of the "Creation Project of Hwangryonggang Ecological Path 30, the nation's first urban national wetland."
According to the agreement, Rotary District 3710 will cooperate through volunteer activities such as tree planting, garden making, and environmental cleanup for the creation of Hwangryonggang Ecological Path 30, and will also participate in and support festivals and events to promote the path.
