Korean Air to Hire 150 Cabin Crew Members
Korean Air is recruiting new employees to work as cabin crew from the 20th of this month until the 4th of next month. Applications can be submitted through the company’s recruitment website, and the total number of positions available is approximately 150.
Applicants must have graduated from university or be expected to graduate by February next year, with corrected vision of 1.0 or better. They must have no disqualifications for overseas travel and must be able to start work in March 2024 without any issues. Official language proficiency test scores must also be submitted. Eligible scores include a TOEIC score of 550 or higher, TOEIC Speaking Intermediate Mid 1 or higher, or OPIC Level Intermediate Mid 1 or higher.

The selection process begins with document screening, followed by the first interview, second interview and English oral test, third interview, and then health checkup and physical fitness and swimming tests. The first interview, as in previous recruitments, will be conducted as a non-face-to-face video interview. Applicants record a video of themselves within a maximum of 3 minutes and submit it for evaluation. The physical fitness test will also be replaced by the fitness certification conducted by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, as in the previous recruitment.
