2023 1st Ulsan City Place Name Committee Meeting
Review Including Sinbok Intersection, Natural and Artificial Place Names
The Place Naming Committee responsible for naming roads and facilities in the Ulsan area is scheduled to meet on the 20th to address 28 target locations.
Ulsan City announced that the Place Naming Committee (Chair: Deputy Mayor for Administration) will convene at 10:30 AM on the same day in the International Conference Room on the 4th floor of the main building, with 9 Ulsan City place naming committee members attending.
The committee will review a total of 28 cases, including one location named ‘Sinbok Intersection’ due to improvements in the Sinbok Rotary traffic system section, and 27 natural and artificial place names reported by district and county place naming committees to establish a place naming management system.
The place names decided by the Ulsan City Place Naming Committee will be announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport after a 30-day period for reexamination requests, and will be registered on the national basic map.
