National Housing Fair Contracts Begin from the 27th
DL E&C announced on the 19th that the private housing units of 'e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Well County,' which had contracts signed on the 11th, have been 100% sold out.
The private housing units of e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Well County were fully sold out during the preliminary winner contract signing held on the 11th. In the earlier first-priority subscription, 13,349 applications were received for 622 units (excluding special supply), recording a maximum competition rate of 35 to 1.
The complex is being developed as a large-scale residential area with 14 buildings (including 3 terrace buildings) ranging from basement level 2 to ground level 25, totaling 1,458 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 104㎡. The official contract signing for national housing will take place over seven days from November 27 to December 3.
Additionally, the units feature ample storage spaces such as entrance pantries, kitchen pantries, corridor pantries, and master bedroom dressing rooms depending on the housing type.
