Kang Seok-jin, Chairman of Jungjin Gong, Leads 'Communication' for SME Innovation Growth

The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kang Seok-jin, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 17th that it held an 'Institutional Innovation Workshop' to lead the innovative growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) at the Small and Medium Business Training Institute located in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, with over 120 executives and employees in attendance.
This workshop was promoted under the theme of 'Institutional Innovation for the Innovative Growth of SMEs' to share recent economic and environmental changes and policy directions, and to establish innovation measures that customers can experience by reflecting voices from the field.
Chairman Kang said in his opening remarks, "To enable SMEs to develop as the growth engine of the Republic of Korea, SBC must continuously innovate and concentrate all resources and capabilities to the fullest," adding, "Please strive so that our concerns and efforts can be connected to the innovative growth of SMEs."
Following this, workshop participants discussed detailed plans to enhance the execution of the four major directions the chairman presented upon his inauguration in September: ▲ Establishing an innovation growth system for SMEs through private sector cooperation ▲ Redesigning the support system centered on corporate field needs ▲ Bold regulatory reforms ▲ Building cooperative systems with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and related organizations.

SBC plans to reflect the matters discussed at the workshop in detailed innovation plans by sector and regularly check the progress to create results that customers can feel.
