A wanted fugitive, intoxicated, came to the police station on his own and was arrested.

According to the video, around 1 a.m. on the 21st of last month, a heavily intoxicated man came to the Gaebong Precinct of the Guro Police Station in Seoul.
The man entered the precinct and said, "I am a person with many sins," shedding tears. When the police officer asked him to show identification, he complied willingly.
Suddenly, the man changed his tone, saying, "Actually, I am not guilty." He protested loudly, demanding to be released.
