Kia Employees Attend Training Every Time They Get Promoted
Kia announced on the 17th that it has newly created a training program called 'Connecting to Kia' for employees who have been promoted for the first time.
From the 13th for three days, 150 G2-level employees participated in the training program at the Haevichi Hotel in Jeju Island. The company classifies new hires as G1, and then they advance step by step.

This training was organized to enhance the work engagement and sense of belonging of general and research employees at Kia who were newly promoted to G2 this year. They learned about the company's core values and participated in ocean cleanup activities for a sustainable future. They also toured Jeju.

In addition to the G2 training program and the onboarding program for new employees (G1), the company plans to regularize training programs tailored to the characteristics of each rank, including G3 and G4, in the future.
