Seoul Women's University Participates in '2023 Industrial Field Women R&D Workforce Job Fair'
The Seoul Women's University Career Plus Project Group participated in the '2023 Industrial Field Women R&D Workforce Recruitment Fair' held at the Korea Science and Technology Center on the 10th.
Hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korean Women Engineers Association, this fair is the only domestic event targeting female talent in science and engineering fields. It was held with the purpose of connecting outstanding female talent with promising companies to enhance national competitiveness.
The Seoul Women's University Career Plus Project Group provided employment counseling to female job seekers in science and engineering who attended the fair, offering information on companies and job roles to support their job search activities.

About 70 major corporations and foreign companies, including Samsung Electronics, POSCO, LG Electronics, Hyundai Motor Company, and Korea Kolmar, participated in the fair, conducting recruitment consultations and on-site interviews. Panel talks and lectures such as 'Women Engineers Changing the World' and 'Science and Engineering Employment Strategies' were also held.
