Uljin-gun Selects Winners of the 11th Uljin Experience Tourism Photo Contest Nationwide Competition
Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk, and the Uljin branch of the Korea Photographers Association held the judging committee for the '11th Uljin Experience Tourism Photography National Contest' on the 11th at the county office's main conference room.

View original imageThis photo contest accepted submissions throughout October, with the theme focusing on natural landscapes and tourist attractions, cultural heritage, marine and sports festivals and events, seasonal customs, and traditional culture that embody the "breath of Korea."
A total of 112 applicants submitted 457 works during the submission period. As a result of the judging, the Grand Prize was awarded to Kim Dong-young's "Instinct to Run," the Silver Prize went to Kim Jeong-hee's "Snow Scene of Daewangsong" and Kang Min-kyung's "Sunrise at Euneo Bridge." Additionally, three Bronze Prizes, five Honorable Mentions, and seventy First Prizes were selected, totaling 81 works. The selected works will be exhibited at the Jukbyeon Port Seafood Festival, held from December 15 to 17.
The county plans to use this contest to discover various contents of Uljin and widely promote Uljin's charm as promotional marketing material to attract tourists.
