Legal consultations through Lotok have been steadily increasing. Lotok offers online consultations, 15-minute phone consultations, 20-minute video consultations, and 30-minute in-person consultations. Over the past three years, the average annual growth rate of legal consultations has been 9.8%. The annual number of consultations reaches approximately 200,000 cases.
In particular, legal consultations are mainly conducted by the MZ generation. The proportion of clients aged between 18 and 44 accounted for 75% of all clients. A Lotok representative explained, “The MZ generation has a high level of digital usage experience, making them more active in seeking legal consultations and legal information online,” adding, “This generational characteristic is analyzed to have influenced the use of legal platforms as well.”
Due to the nature of the online platform, consultations are not restricted by time or place. Among all consultations, 28% took place during nighttime or late-night hours outside of working hours, and 18% occurred on weekends.
Lotok plans to provide a small prize by lottery to clients who write reviews by the 30th to share their legal consultation experiences.
