Ministry of Culture and Korea Creative Content Agency '2023 Content Insight'
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency will hold the '2023 Content Insight' event on the 23rd and 24th at the Content Talent Campus in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. This is a lecture event for content creators. Global experts are invited to forecast the latest trends and development directions of the content industry and share the success know-how of outstanding content.
This year's theme is 'Expansion and Diversity of the Content Market.' Experts leading the expansion and convergence of content IP participate to shed light on content production paradigms and business fields. On the 23rd, John Ryan Michero from Pixar, who participated as a director in 'Toy Story 4' and 'Coco,' will explain the latest animation content cases and forecast market trends. Hwang Jaeheon, head of Kakao Entertainment Center, who oversaw the IP video adaptations of 'Moving' and 'The Uncanny Counter 2,' will have a dialogue with Kim Yohan, vice president of R2D Company, about the survival and expansion of content IP. Jung Woosung, vice president of Take Two, who developed content commerce centered on 'Crash Landing on You' and 'Myeoneuragi,' will introduce cases of IP business expansion through K-dramas.
On the 24th, outstanding mentees from the Content Creative Talent Support Project will appear to share their experiences in the field. They include Kim Minseok, writer of 'Juvenile Justice,' director Choi Hyangyong of 'The Silent Sea,' and Park Youngsoo, manager of the investment team at NEW Film Business Division, who oversaw investment and planning for 'Anchor' and 'The Witch Part 2.' Kim Hyunjung, director at LG HelloVision, and Kim Youngjin, head of Disguise Korea, will also share new paradigms and virtual solution cases respectively.
