Lee Jae-myung's Basic Society Research Institute (Director Oh Kyung-hoon) announced on the 9th that it will hold a commemorative inaugural lecture at 2 p.m. on the 10th.
Kang Wi-won, Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Korea National Innovation Council, will be the lecturer.
Secretary General Kang is a special advisor to Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, and a leading figure of the 'Pro-Lee faction' in Honam. He serves as the vice chairman of the Democratic Party's Basic Society Committee and Secretary General of the 'Democratic Party of Korea National Innovation Council,' an external representative organization of the Pro-Lee faction.
In his lecture, Secretary General Kang plans to discuss the topic "What is the Basic Society proposed by Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea," sharing opinions on a social system that guarantees the basic lives of citizens and the public.
He will also explain "why we must move toward a Basic Society" and "the historical significance of Lee's new era discourse."
The lecture is organized to commemorate the founding of the "Lee Jae-myung Basic Society Research Institute," which opened on the 1st.
