First Issue of Mobile Newsletter for Prospective Residents
Hanyang has strengthened its mobile services to enhance customer satisfaction and brand competitiveness for its residential brand Sujain.
On the 9th, Hanyang announced that it recently started sending mobile newsletters to prospective residents of major complexes scheduled to move in during the first half of 2024, including ‘Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City,’ ‘Hyangnam Station Hanyang Sujain DSTIGE,’ and ‘Daegu Hanyang Sujain The Felicity.’
The mobile newsletter provides updates on the construction progress of the complex where the resident will move in, surrounding development plans, and the latest real estate market status.
Considering the convenience of prospective residents, it is composed in a highly readable card news format and can be easily checked on mobile through individual text messages linked with the Sujain KakaoTalk channel.
In addition, a custom menu was newly established on the Sujain Kakao channel to enhance mobile accessibility. By using the custom menu, users can conveniently access the Sujain mobile homepage as well as services related to moving in, such as checking sales payment status and making move-in reservations.
Hanyang’s efforts toward digitalization are also reflected in its residential products. Last year, Hanyang launched 'Sujain Life,' a smart home application unique to Sujain, providing various lifestyle convenience services through mobile, such as automatic access to shared entrances, visitor vehicle reservations, elevator calls, and community facility reservations.
Especially, complexes like ‘Uijeongbu Gosan Sujain DSTIGE’ and ‘Cheongnyangni Station Hanyang Sujain Graciel,’ which moved in during the first half of this year, are equipped with AI speakers in each unit that offer voice-controlled lighting and various convenience functions.
