E-Land Eats Announces Open Recruitment for New and Experienced Employees in the Second Half of the Year

Eland Eats announced on the 9th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new and experienced employees in the second half of 2023.
They are recruiting staff to work at Eland Eats' nationwide stores including Ashley, Jayeon Byeolgok, Roun, Pizza Mall, Rimini, Teru, Bangung, Steak Us, and Frangerie until the 22nd.
Anyone aged 18 or older with a strong interest and passion for the food service industry and customer service can apply. Detailed information on qualifications, preferences, and application methods can be found on the Eland recruitment website.
The hiring process includes application submission, document screening, interviews, and announcement of successful candidates. The final selected candidates will work at stores nationwide.
The final selected candidates will receive a systematic practical training program that provides a foundation for growth as food service management professionals. This program is conducted in stages over four years according to individual capabilities, focusing on acquiring professional knowledge and core competencies required for managers while gaining work experience.
Applicants hired through the open recruitment will have the opportunity to be promoted to store manager after completing a three-month training course. They can also grow into positions such as general manager (overall manager) overseeing restaurants or senior manager (regional manager) in the future.
