On the 8th, the Korea Racing Authority Changwon Branch donated 15 million won in heating expenses to help vulnerable groups in Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, have a warm winter.

Kim Won-young, head of the Changwon branch, said, "I hope this helps our neighbors in need to have a warm winter. We will continue to practice sharing activities through various contribution projects."
Jang Geum-yong, the first deputy mayor, said, "We thank the Korea Racing Authority Changwon Branch for their generous support in the second half of the year following the first half. This donation will greatly help families in need to have a warm winter."
