Gu Hyeok-seo, Executive Director of LX Inter, Promoted to Vice President
On the 7th, LX International held a board meeting and announced the regular executive appointments for 2024.
Gu Hyuk-seo (photo), who oversees the Indonesia region, was promoted to Vice President. The newly appointed Vice President Gu joined the company’s predecessor, LG Sangsa, in 1996 and has served as head of the Metals Division and Energy Division. Based on his expertise in various business areas such as coal, non-ferrous metals, and steel, he is leading local operations in Indonesia and spearheading the acquisition of future assets including nickel mines, the company explained.

Director Hong Seung-beom, who is in charge of investment projects, was promoted to Managing Director. Kim Kyung-woo, responsible for mineral business development focusing on nickel and other metal resources, was newly appointed as Director.
