Police Agency and National Intelligence Service Conduct Search and Seizure on Jeonnong Chungnam Provincial Federation for 'National Security Law Charges'
On the 7th, the National Intelligence Service and the police conducted raids on the offices of the National Farmers' Federation (Jeonnong) Chungnam Provincial Federation and the residences of related individuals on charges of violating the National Security Act.
According to the police, from the morning of the same day, the National Intelligence Service and the National Police Agency dispatched investigators to four locations, including the Jeonnong Chungnam Provincial Federation office and the residences of three individuals: the secretary-general and the secretary-general of the Women's Farmers' Association, to secure investigation materials.
The National Intelligence Service and the police reportedly discovered charges of violating the National Security Act against three regional leaders in the Chungcheong area related to a nationwide underground organization called 'Isahoe,' which was identified during the investigation of the Autonomous Unification People's Front (Jatong).
