Naju-si, Nokyawon Autumn Foliage Spot 'In the Spotlight'
Naju City in Jeollanam-do is gaining great popularity for Nokyawon, located in a deep valley in Amjeong-ri, Dado-myeon, as a famous autumn foliage spot.
According to the city on the 6th, visitors to Nokyawon during the autumn foliage season can experience the spectacular scenery of colorful autumn leaves, each showing its own unique hues, and a beautiful fallen leaf path resembling a "red carpet."
Nokyawon, located in a deep valley in Amjeong-ri, Dado-myeon, Naju-si, is gaining great popularity as a fall foliage destination.

The approximately 2.5 km section from the Dado-myeon area of Naju, famous for its autumn foliage paths, to Nokyawon is lined with about 1,300 trees including baby maple, cherry, camellia, torreya, and ginkgo trees.
It takes about 30 minutes on foot, making it easy to enjoy the late autumn atmosphere without any burden.
A city official said, "If you are dreaming of a healing autumn trip, we strongly recommend the autumn foliage path at Nokyawon in Naju," adding, "We hope you create unforgettable precious autumn memories with your family, friends, and loved ones."
Meanwhile, a walking meditation ceremony along the autumn foliage path is scheduled to be held at Nokyawon from 11 a.m. on the 11th.
