Ministry of Health and Welfare & Korea Health Promotion Institute, 'Digital Era, Future Health Strategy' Forum
The Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Health Promotion Institute held the "8th Future Health Strategy Public Forum" on the 6th at the Boco Seoul Gangnam Hotel in Seoul to discuss directions for improving the domestic healthcare utilization system using digital healthcare technology.
Under the theme "Seeking New Future Health Strategies in the Digital Era," various experts gathered to examine current issues and future tasks of the domestic healthcare system and discuss plans to establish community health management services based on digital healthcare technology.
At the event, Professor Kim Juhan of the Department of Medical Informatics at Seoul National University College of Medicine will present on "Digital Healthcare Technology and Future Health Care Development Strategies," focusing on the construction and utilization of patient-centered health information data. Following this, Director Hong Yoonchul of the Seoul National University Institute of Environmental Medicine will give a presentation on the need to promote "Community Smart Integrated Care Services" through data linkage.
After the presentations, a comprehensive discussion on improving domestic digital healthcare policies will take place. Participants include ▲ Park Sunyoung, Head of Business Strategy at Lunit ▲ Byun Namsu, Director of the Data Promotion Division at the Korea Health and Medical Information Service ▲ Lee Yunsu, Head of the Innovation Project Center at the Korea Health Promotion Institute ▲ Oh Juhwan, Professor at Seoul National University College of Medicine ▲ and Kim Hyunmi, Director of the Comprehensive Support Center for the Elderly Living Alone.
