Depository and Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises Sign Business Agreement
Supporting Mid-sized Companies through Securities Issuance and Rights Services Provision
On the 2nd, the Korea Securities Depository announced on the 3rd that it had signed a business agreement for mutual cooperation with the Korea Federation of Medium-sized Enterprises.

Through this business agreement, both organizations plan to provide securities issuance and rights-related services to medium-sized enterprises and jointly hold consulting sessions and briefings accordingly. Additionally, both organizations intend to continuously maintain information exchange and cooperation systems.
In his greeting, Lee Sun-ho, President of the Korea Securities Depository, emphasized the importance of medium-sized enterprises, which play a pivotal role in our economy, stating, "By actively supporting the electronic registration and distribution of securities for medium-sized enterprises, we expect the transparency and efficiency of the capital market to be further enhanced."
