HiteJinro, 'Jinro X Novotel Dongdaemun' Collaboration... "Rooms Turned into Pojangmacha"
Decorated with themes of guest rooms, restaurants, and Jinro Pocha
Jinro, Korea's leading soju brand, has partnered with Novotel Dongdaemun.
On the 2nd, HiteJinro announced that it will collaborate with the 5-star hotel Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun & Residence (Novotel Dongdaemun) to celebrate the season perfect for drinking at pojangmacha (street food stalls).
This collaboration reinterprets the Jinro brand for fans by transforming the interior of guest rooms, terraces, and the hotel's 20th-floor restaurant into a pojangmacha concept. The pojangmacha-themed room package, "It's Ddukkeop Pocha in Terrace," offers a room divided into a bedroom and terrace. The bedroom is decorated with toad-themed accessories, while the terrace space features an interior that looks like a real pojangmacha. Additionally, guests can enjoy an intimate and unique pojangmacha atmosphere with friends or loved ones, accompanied by two bottles of Jinro.
At the restaurant "It's Ddukkeop Pocha," the head bartender of Novotel Dongdaemun presents three Jinro cocktails (Nurungji, Sujeonggwa, and Barley) personally developed using "Ilpum Jinro" and "Ilpum Jinro Oak 43." There are also set menus combining Korean dishes such as soup galbi tteokbokki, yukjeon, and yukhoe platter with Ilpum Jinro.
The guest rooms and restaurant will operate for one year until October next year. Reservations can be made from November 2 on the Novotel Dongdaemun website. Guests who use the "It's Ddukkeop Pocha in Terrace" package during the Jinro room operation period will receive a gift set consisting of sleep masks, blankets, and slipper goods featuring the Jinro toad character.
