Gyeonggi Office of Education to Hold 'Good Teaching Forum' on the 3rd at Southern Office Building
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will hold the '2023 Good Teaching Forum' on the 3rd at the Arena Hall of the Suwon Southern Office.
This forum was organized to gather opinions from schools on 'Thinking Students, In-depth Classes,' reflecting the revised curriculum from last year.
About 250 teachers who registered in advance will participate in the forum, which will proceed in the order of ▲ invited expert lectures ▲ a Q&A talk show and three presenters with different perspectives ▲ and an 'Open Audience Discussion' on the theme of in-depth classes.
Professor Jeong Hye-seung from Gyeongin National University of Education will deliver the keynote lecture, sharing and discussing with attendees under the theme 'Questioning Schools in the 2024 Academic Year.'

Kim Yoon-gi, Director of the Curriculum Policy Division at the Provincial Office of Education, stated, "Future classes must change in a way that students themselves think, question, and develop their thinking skills," adding, "We will continue to actively communicate and support to further spread in-depth classes and a questioning school culture in the field."
