Line Games Hires Former Nexon Executives Including Former Vice President Kim Taehwan
Line Games announced on the 1st that it has appointed Kim Taehwan, former Vice President of Nexon Korea, as Vice President of Line Games, and Yoon Joohyun, former Platform Director at Nexon Korea, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This executive-level recruitment aims to strengthen Line Games' foundation for future growth and to leap forward as a global company.

Newly appointed Vice President Kim is a business development and strategy expert who served as Chief Business Development Officer and Vice President at Nexon until 2018. He will be responsible for overall business strategy alongside Park Sungmin, CEO of Line Games.
Yoon, the new CTO with outstanding skills in technology and development, plans to establish a system where the company's and individuals' technical capabilities grow together. He will foster a development culture where live projects and new development teams share know-how with each other.
Following CEO Park and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Shin Kwonho, Line Games has completed its new executive appointments and aims to successfully enter the market with the upcoming Genesis IP console and mobile new titles scheduled for release within the year.
