Uniqlo to Launch 'JW Anderson' Collection Next Month
British Heritage Reinterpreted in a Modern Way Showcasing Everyday Style
UNIQLO announced on the 30th that it will launch the ‘2023 FW UNIQLO and JW ANDERSON’ collection on the 3rd of next month.
Inspired by traditional British tapestries, this collaboration collection combines UNIQLO’s LifeWear philosophy of pursuing comfort in everyday life with JW ANDERSON’s designs that cheerfully express the daily life of university students.
The collection’s signature item, the oversized fit ‘trench coat,’ can be worn fresh and stylishly by both men and women, while the classic ‘wool blend duffle short coat’ in the women’s lineup is designed with a trendy short length. The women’s ‘Oxford long shirt,’ a traditional preppy style highly versatile for everyday wear, features a noticeable JW ANDERSON logo embroidery on the chest.
The ‘boa fleece print full-zip hoodie,’ which stands out with its deep base colors and checkered design, and the playful animal-inspired ‘jacquard crewneck sweater’ evoke a seasonal vibe. Additionally, functional winter essential accessories that provide comfort and warmth, such as ‘Heattech socks’ and the lightweight, fluffy ‘souffl? yarn knit beanie,’ will also be introduced.
