The Korea International Trade Association and Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) announced on the 30th that they held the 'Next Energy Creator 2023 Collaboration Project Presentation' on the 27th at the Power Research Institute in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, to support open innovation demonstration.
Earlier, the two organizations received business proposals from 39 startups in the fields of new energy technologies, digital solutions, and power safety through a public contest in July. After document and presentation evaluations and demonstration consultations, six promising technology companies, including PlusLink, were selected.
The six companies will conduct technology demonstrations together with KEPCO's business departments. Two companies selected as outstanding at the presentation will receive approximately 90 million KRW in collaboration support funds through the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' public-private cooperation open innovation support project.
