KB Securities Launches 'KB able Hanguk Representative Growth Stock Lab' for Sale
Investment in Large-Cap and Small-Cap Stocks Based on KB Securities Research Division's Recommended Stocks
KB Securities announced on the 27th the launch of 'KB able Korea Representative Growth Stock Wrap,' an investment service based on the 'KB Research Recommended Stocks' presented by the KB Securities Research Division, targeting stocks listed in Korea.
This is the second in-house product launched following the 'KB able US Representative Growth Stock Wrap,' which invests based on a US stock portfolio introduced at the end of 2020. It is a wrap account service managed by the Wrap Management Department, based on stocks recommended by KB Securities' Research Division.
The Research Division determines the KB Research Recommended Stocks by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative opinions from investment strategy, market conditions, and individual company analyses. Depending on market conditions, they compose a model portfolio (MP) with recommended large-cap and small- and mid-cap stocks, and the Wrap Management Department finalizes the MP and stock weightings for operation.
KB able Korea Representative Growth Stock Wrap primarily invests in representative growth stocks that increase return on equity through profit growth and shareholder returns, while including a certain portion of defensive stocks to hedge against volatility risks. Large-cap stocks are selected considering mid- to long-term momentum such as earnings and valuation, and some small- and mid-cap stocks with growth potential based on financial stability are included to pursue excess returns compared to the benchmark (KOSPI).
The contract period for the KB able Korea Representative Growth Stock Wrap service is one year, with a minimum subscription amount of 30 million KRW. Investments can be made in domestic stocks and short-term liquidity, among others. An upfront fee of 1.0% and an annual deferred fee of 1.5% are charged.
