On the 26th, Gyeonggi Province held the '2023 Gyeonggi Province Outstanding Job-Creating Companies Certification Ceremony' at the Orchid Hall of Ramada Plaza Suwon Hotel and awarded certificates to 60 outstanding companies.
The Outstanding Job-Creating Companies Certification System is a corporate certification project first introduced nationwide by Gyeonggi Province in 2009. It certifies small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the province that excel in job creation, welfare systems, and growth potential as outstanding job-creating companies, providing various benefits such as support for improving employment environments and additional points when applying for SME development funds.
This year, Gyeonggi Province selected 60 companies including Hana Technology Co., Ltd. and Infrap Co., Ltd.
These companies newly hired 1,119 employees last year (an average of 18.7 employees per company), contributing to the activation of job creation. In addition to simple job creation, they also made significant efforts to improve job quality by implementing work-family balance systems and various employee welfare programs.
