Shinhan Financial Group to Acquire and Cancel Treasury Shares Worth 100 Billion KRW
Shinhan Financial Group disclosed on the 25th that it has decided to acquire treasury shares worth approximately 100 billion KRW for stock cancellation. Accordingly, Shinhan Financial Group will begin purchasing treasury shares on the market from the 26th of this month until January 25th of next year.
This year alone, Shinhan Financial Group has already acquired and canceled treasury shares worth 150 billion KRW, 150 billion KRW, and 100 billion KRW in three separate instances.
