Female leaders presented ‘authenticity’ and ‘uniqueness’ as key keywords not to lose during this paradigm shift compressed by the AI revolution.
At the ‘2023 Women Leaders Forum’ hosted by Asia Economy on the 24th at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul, Professor Kim Dae-sik of KAIST said, "In the era of generative AI, no one knows how the world will change, and benchmarking becomes impossible."

Im emphasized, "Only through trial and error can one reach ‘work and people that I like and suit me,’" adding, "Taking time calmly on important matters and continuously training oneself is the best we can do at present."
The four female leaders selected as Power K-Women cited focusing on ‘being oneself’ rather than average standards and maintaining a diligent attitude as the secret to growth. Moon Woo-ri, CEO of Fortify, said, "There is no correct answer in life, but what makes a choice meaningful is the effort and attitude after the choice." Kang Shin-sook, President of Sh Suhyup Bank, said, "I like Einstein’s saying, ‘Opportunity favors the prepared mind,’" and suggested ‘reverse planning’ as a growth method, explaining, "By setting future goals and preparing customized plans annually, one can better utilize surrounding opportunities."
