Hunet Launches 'Grow4Works', a Corporate-Exclusive Challenge App
HUNET announced on the 25th that it has launched a corporate-exclusive challenge application called 'Grow for Works'.
Previously, HUNET launched and operated a personal growth management app called 'Grow'. While similar goal achievement programs offer monetary rewards, Grow focuses on user interaction and emotional motivation. Based on this, HUNET created the corporate version, 'Grow for Works'.
Grow for Works allows the creation and management of challenges exclusively for companies and their employees. It also provides a corporate-only administrator menu for managers. There is a corporate-exclusive social networking service (SNS) feed that only employees can use, helping to enhance bonds and a sense of belonging through likes, comments, and other encouragement among staff.
If a company is interested in developing employees' capabilities, it can open challenges such as 'Certify Must-Read Books,' '10 Minutes of English Study a Day,' and 'Share Articles' for employees, who then post certification photos on the Grow for Works app and mutually encourage each other on SNS.
So far, challenges such as 'Declaration of Mindset' by distribution company S, 'Quit Smoking Challenge' by manufacturing company A, and 'On-site Training Certification' by energy company P have been conducted. These challenges are actively operated in areas such as organizational culture revitalization, employee capability development, and employee health management. According to Grow for Works user analysis, encouragement frequency such as likes and comments was 7.7 times higher when pursuing goals with colleagues than alone, and the goal achievement rate reached 80.9%.
