Shinsegae Department Store announced on the 25th that it will introduce eco-friendly exclusive delivery boxes without adhesive tape at the Shinsegae Department Store Mall's 'Sinbaek Gift Hall.'
The newly introduced gift-only delivery box is a wing box designed to be sealed without using tape. The assembly-type box is folded in order, and then the wings are inserted into the grooves on the top of the box to secure it. This makes recycling easy when disposed of separately, and since the box is not damaged by tearing off tape, it is also suitable for reuse at home.

The exterior of the box features a pattern shaped like Shinsegae's symbol 'S,' embodying Shinsegae's unique luxurious elegance. The sides are printed to resemble a ribbon wrapped around the box, designed to give the feeling of receiving a gift box, unlike ordinary delivery boxes. An eco-friendly delivery box includes a gift card. The card, made from unbleached and uncoated natural paper, bears the phrase "A gift just for you has arrived." For each order, one eco-friendly shopping bag from Shinsegae Department Store is also provided.
The eco-friendly packaging is applied only when purchasing Shinsegae Department Store products on the SSG.com gift page and sending them as gifts. When the sender pays for the gift and the recipient enters the address, the department store products are delivered in the exclusive eco-friendly gift delivery box.
