Caught on CCTV Trying to Put an Unknown Drunk Woman in a Car

View original imageThe Seocho Police Station in Seoul announced on the 21st that they have apprehended and are investigating Mr. A, who carried an unknown woman on his back late at night and put her in his car.
According to the police, Mr. A, a man in his 40s, is accused of putting a woman in her 20s, who was sitting intoxicated on the street in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, into his vehicle around 12:30 a.m. on that day, on suspicion of abduction for the purpose of molestation.
Employees at the district office control center confirmed Mr. A’s actions through closed-circuit television (CCTV) and reported it to the Seocho Police Station’s control room. The police dispatched officers and apprehended Mr. A within 10 minutes.

Mr. A was investigated and found to be unknown to the woman. He claimed that he put her in the car to take her home and had no intention of molesting her.
