Gyeonggido Content Agency to Host 'Gyeonggi SW Future Filling Festival' on 28-29
Gyeonggi Province will hold the ‘Gyeonggi Software (SW) Future Filling Festival’ at the end of this month.
The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency announced on the 20th that the ‘2023 Gyeonggi Software Future Filling Festival,’ themed ‘Future Dream Trees, Unfold the Dream of Opportunity,’ will be held for two days from the 28th to 29th at Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency’s 1st floor Gwanggyo Hall and lobby in Suwon Gwanggyo Techno Valley.
Hosted by Gyeonggi Province and the Ministry of Science and ICT, and organized by the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency, this event is part of the Software Future Filling Project, designed to stimulate interest and improve utilization skills by providing software experience programs to students in the province.
This festival consists of various programs including ▲ the SW Future Filling Learning Center where participants can learn about AI robots, virtual reality (VR) experiences, battle robots, and immersive media ▲ the Future Technology Experience Center featuring booths from excellent certified companies promoting Edutech ▲ the Future Filling Promotion Center showcasing the history of Gyeonggi SW Future Filling, teaching aids, and student works ▲ the opening ceremony and citizen communication events.
Additionally, a talk concert will be held with Kim Young-wook, CEO of Hello AI, discussing ‘Development and Utilization of ChatGPT Based on Cloud Computing Platforms,’ and Song Jin-ah, former admissions officer, speaking on ‘Major University SW Admission Procedures.’
On-site, a Digital Learning Center Experience Zone will also be operated. The Digital Learning Center is a project promoted by Gyeonggi Province to help anyone easily adapt to the digital world and enjoy its benefits. Learning centers operating in local community centers and libraries near homes offer free digital education to anyone. At the on-site experience zone, activities such as kiosk practical training, drone simulation, creating personal works with 3D pens, and healthcare programs to enhance cognitive abilities will be conducted.
