Pulmuone Food & Culture 'Plantude' Unveils 4 New Autumn Menu Items
Vegan Certified Restaurant
3 Types of Noodle Dishes and 1 Type of Albatju Salad
Pulmuone Food & Culture, a food service specialist company under Pulmuone, announced on the 19th that it will launch four new autumn menu items at its vegan-certified restaurant 'Planted' locations in COEX Mall and I'Park Mall Yongsan.
The new menu includes three globally popular noodle dishes and one salad featuring the crisp texture of albae cabbage. Priced in the 10,000 KRW range, these familiar and popular dishes are reinterpreted using entirely plant-based ingredients.
First, the 'Signature Black Onmyeon with Songi Mushroom' is a warm noodle dish topped generously with songi mushrooms and savory fried tofu, offering a subtle smoky aroma and the deliciously charred umami of soy sauce. The 'Veggie Nice Pad Thai' is a Thai rice noodle stir-fry made entirely with vegetables such as onions, bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, fried tofu, chives, and bean sprouts. Additionally, there are 'Sesame Tantanmen' and 'Grilled Albae Cabbage Banana Salad.'
