Guro-gu Aims to Catch Two Birds with One Stone: '4th Industrial Talent Development and Business Support'
Operation of 'G Valley Guro Campus' in Guro Digital Complex... Full Tuition Free, First-Come-First-Served Enrollment Starting October 16
Guro-gu has embarked on a dual mission to cultivate specialized talent for the 4th Industrial Revolution and support G-Valley companies.
Guro-gu (Mayor Moon Heon-il) announced on the 19th that the G-Valley Guro Campus employee training project, a campaign pledge of the 8th local government, will begin full-scale operation this month.
The district plans to provide customized job competency enhancement training for employees working at companies located in G-Valley at the G-Valley Guro Campus.
To this end, a preliminary demand survey was conducted last August, and based on the results, the curriculum was developed, with registration starting on October 16 on a first-come, first-served basis.
For general office workers, two courses are offered: ▲ Artificial Intelligence Data Analysis without Coding ▲ My Personal Assistant ChatGPT and Work Automation. For specialized developers, four courses are available: ▲ Big Data Analysis Project ▲ Big Data Integrated Platform Construction ▲ Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (Feat. ML-Agent) ▲ Program Development Using ChatGPT.
The training will be conducted both online and offline, and all education fees, including textbook costs, are free of charge.
Detailed information such as specific courses, schedules, and completion hours can be found on the Guro Campus website.
Separately, a ‘4th Industrial Revolution New Technology Customized Corporate Training’ program will be conducted based on topics requested by companies.
After recruiting participating companies, the district will develop training programs tailored to the characteristics of each company to support practical outcomes, according to Guro-gu’s explanation.
Companies wishing to participate can apply by phone until November 17.
