Nationwide Private Apartment Sale Price 5,023,000 KRW per 1㎡... 7 Consecutive Months of Increase
Last month, the sale price per 1㎡ of private apartments nationwide rose by 0.27% compared to the previous month, continuing an upward trend for seven consecutive months.

View original imageAccording to the "Private Apartment Sale Price Trends" as of the end of September released by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) on the 16th, the average sale price per 1㎡ of private apartments nationwide recorded 5,023,000 KRW.
This is a 0.27% increase from the previous month and an 11.51% increase compared to the same month last year. Thus, the sale price of private apartments nationwide has risen for seven consecutive months since March.
The sale price in Seoul was 9,697,000 KRW per 1㎡, up 0.65% from the previous month, and the metropolitan area also rose 0.22% to 6,830,000 KRW.
