Hwaseong-si, Recruiting Applicants for 'Follow-up Education for Returning to Farming and Rural Areas'
Education on Return-to-Farming and Rural Settlement Strategies, Support Policies, and Farming Knowledge
Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting applicants for the 'Follow-up Education for Returning to Farming and Rural Areas' until the 25th, targeting citizens who are planning to return to farming or rural areas or are interested in doing so.
This education program is the second session following the one held in the first half of the year and will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from the 2nd to the 28th of next month.
The curriculum will cover practical basic farming knowledge such as ▲strategies for successful return to farming and rural life ▲methods for selecting crops ▲support policies for returning farmers.
The number of participants is limited to 70 on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications can be submitted by visiting the Hwaseong Agricultural Technology Center in person or online through the Hwaseong City integrated reservation system.

Song Pil-jae, director of the Hwaseong Agricultural Technology Center, said, "We hope this education will help citizens interested in agriculture acquire basic knowledge about farming and rural areas and successfully settle into rural life."
