MLO, Excellence Award at '2023 Korea IR Awards'... Two Consecutive Years Following Last Year
Emro, the No. 1 AI-based supply chain management software company in Korea, received the Excellence Award at the ‘2023 Korea IR Awards’ ceremony held at the Korea Exchange on the morning of the 11th.
Hosted by the Korea IR Council, the Korea IR Awards recognize companies that practice shareholder-oriented management through active IR activities. Candidate companies selected through recommendations and evaluation procedures by institutional investors undergo fair evaluation by the Korea IR Awards Selection Committee, composed of experts from various fields, to select outstanding IR companies.
This year, Emro was selected as the winner of the ‘Excellence Award’ in the KOSDAQ market category. Following last year’s ‘Special Award’ given to newly listed companies, Emro has been recognized for two consecutive years.
Since its KOSDAQ listing in August 2021, Emro has established a dedicated IR team to conduct systematic and proactive IR and publicity for internal and external communication. Quarterly performance briefing sessions, attended directly by executives, transparently share quarterly business results and key issues. Emro strives to enhance shareholders’ and investors’ understanding by utilizing various online and offline IR tools such as company visits, corporate presentations (Corp-day), video meetings, and conference calls.
Preparing for full-scale entry into the global market through the development of an integrated supply chain management SaaS platform in collaboration with Samsung SDS and o9 Solutions, Emro has attracted growing interest from overseas investors. It is actively conducting NDR (Non-Deal Roadshow) meetings targeting overseas long funds focused on growth and value investing. The company diversifies communication channels, including monthly newsletters, media articles, and official SNS, to share key information related to the company with the market in real time and engage in active communication.
Through various IR activities aimed at increasing corporate value in the mid to long term, Emro surpassed a market capitalization of 1 trillion KRW this year despite the global economic downturn and unstable stock market conditions. It was also selected as a ‘2023 KOSDAQ Rising Star’ by the Korea Exchange, which recognizes KOSDAQ-listed companies with excellent technology and competitiveness. In August, Emro was newly included in the MSCI Small Cap Index announced by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), achieving various milestones.
Emro Vice President Kim Jaeyup said, "Emro has been continuously growing since its KOSDAQ listing," adding, "We are solidifying our leading position in the domestic supply chain management software market while smoothly preparing for overseas market expansion."
