Ballan, Second Half Public Recruitment..."Accelerating Business Expansion in the Second Half"

Luxury platform Ballan announced on the 11th that it will conduct a double-digit scale open recruitment for business expansion and sustainable growth in the second half of the year.
This open recruitment will be focused on three departments: Tech, Marketing, and Sales, hiring a double-digit number of personnel through a total of 20 positions. The main recruitment fields include ▲Product Owner ▲Service Planner ▲Backend Engineer ▲Frontend Engineer ▲Performance Marketer ▲Fashion MD, among others.
Applications can be submitted through the Ballan recruitment website and various recruitment channels. The recruitment process involves completing document submission by the end of October, followed by an interview assessing job competency with the practical team, and then a core value interview with executives in sequence.
Both entry-level and experienced positions are open. For entry-level applicants, qualifications include university graduates or those expected to graduate by February 2024, with less than one year of total work experience, or anyone aspiring to grow as outstanding talent regardless of major. For experienced positions, anyone with more than three years of expertise in the relevant field and an interest in luxury goods can apply.
