Musinsa announced on the 11th that it will open an offline flagship store, ‘Musinsa Daegu (MUSINSA DAEGU),’ showcasing the latest products from over 200 fashion brands in Daegu’s Dongseong-ro on the 27th of this month. This is Musinsa’s first offline flagship store, featuring trendy new products from various domestic and international brands including casual, formal, and gorpcore styles.
Located on Dongseongro 6-gil, the heart of Jung-gu, Daegu, Musinsa Daegu spans a total area of 634 pyeong across three floors from the first to the third. Musinsa Daegu aims to be the offline flagship store where customers can find the most and fastest access to the trendiest brands currently in South Korea.
The biggest feature of Musinsa Daegu is the integration of customer experiences both online and offline. Prices are linked in real time between online and offline, allowing Musinsa members to enjoy the same benefits offline as they do online, such as △using accumulated points △pre-discount with points △member grade discounts △Musinsa Hyundai Card billing discounts.
Musinsa attaches tags with unique QR codes to each product. Customers can scan the QR codes with their mobile devices to check and purchase products with the same discount benefits as when shopping on the Musinsa online store. Additionally, a ‘24-hour pickup locker’ is installed outside the store to enhance customer convenience, allowing customers to pick up items purchased online directly at the offline store or store items bought at Musinsa Daegu.
At Musinsa Daegu, customers can explore various genres of domestic and international fashion brands including gorpcore, casual, formal, and contemporary styles. Representative brands include Rockfish Weatherwear, Espionage, Yale, Codegraphy, and Pottery. Musinsa plans to introduce brands such as Thisisneverthat, Stand Oil, and Youth through a ‘shop-in-shop’ space within the store, offering a special experience only available at the offline flagship store.
There is also a special zone dedicated exclusively to global sneaker brands such as Dr. Martens, Vans, Salomon, Adidas, Asics, and Puma. Musinsa Daegu will sell limited edition apparel produced by key brands like Discus Athletic, Balansa, and Setter specifically for Daegu customers.
