On the 6th, Superintendent Lim attended the 'Osan Education Open Communication Forum' held at Osan City Hall auditorium under the theme 'Osan Education Community Talks About Future Education,' stating, "Osan City residents have a high interest and understanding of education and are coming together with a shared will," and added, "Please trust us regarding the separation issue of Osan Education Support Office."
He continued, "The Ministry of Education also recognizes that Meister High Schools may be needed in Gyeonggi Province," promising, "We will strive to establish an AI Meister High School in Osan City."
Regarding the issues of oversized schools and overcrowded classes, he explained, "We will resolve these by utilizing measures such as installing a Gyeonggi-type second campus," and emphasized, "Above all, we are consulting with central government departments on ways to increase the number of teachers in the Gyeonggi area."
The event was organized to collect on-site opinions from the Osan education community to reflect them in future policy formulation and to set directions for improvements.
Based on a prior survey, the event proceeded with an explanation of education policies followed by a Q&A session.
The Hwaseong-Osan Education Support Office introduced region-tailored future education policies focusing on AI-centered education, and Osan City presented major tasks under the theme 'A New Osan, Opening the Future Through Education.'
