Hana Securities Signs MOU with Oasis Business for Commercial Real Estate Fractional Investment
Hana Securities announced on the 6th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Oasis Business to launch a commercial real estate fractional investment platform.
Oasis Business operates services such as Kwonrimoney, a goodwill fee analysis service for small business owners, and real estate investment support solutions. It has developed and operates artificial intelligence technology that predicts commercial real estate sales. The company plans to apply for a regulatory sandbox to expand its fractional real estate investment business and proceed with designation as an innovative financial service.
Under this agreement, Oasis Business will be responsible for developing and operating the platform for commercial real estate fractional investment transactions. Hana Securities plans to collaborate on various businesses related to commercial real estate fractional investment, starting with account management and trust services necessary for transactions.
Choi Won-young, Head of Digital Division at Hana Securities, explained, "Commercial real estate is one of the investment fields that individual investors find difficult to access due to limited information," adding, "We will expand the range of fractional investment assets to allow investment in assets that people are usually interested in but find difficult to approach."

Meanwhile, Hana Securities has signed MOUs with major companies such as Print Bakery, ITCEN, and Danal Entertainment to collaborate on fractional investment platforms and security token businesses using various underlying assets such as artworks, gold and silver, and mobile content. Recently, it signed agreements with Webtoon All and Easel for webtoon fractional investment and global artwork token security issuance (STO) services.
