Private Helicopter Crashes into Pocheon Reservoir... 1 Person Presumed Onboard (Comprehensive)
At around 11:08 a.m. on the 3rd, a private helicopter crashed at Gomori Reservoir in Soheul-eup, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi Province.
Initially, it was reported that two people were on board the helicopter, but it was later confirmed that only the pilot was on board.
The crashed helicopter is currently submerged in the reservoir at a depth of 10 to 13 meters. Police and fire authorities are conducting rescue operations using divers and equipment.

The helicopter involved in the accident was a Hongik Aviation AS-350 (6-seater) model, and it is reported to have crashed while performing water collection during wildfire prevention training in the Pocheon area.
