Yeongjin College Opens Rolling Admission for 'Adult Learners Class'... Various Courses Including Health Management and Park Golf
Yeungjin College (President Choi Jae-young) announced that it has opened a ‘Learner-Friendly Adult Learner Class’ and is conducting the first round of early admissions for new students for the 2024 academic year until the 5th.
Yeungjin College plans to lead successful beautiful life rebuilding through re-entrepreneurship and re-employment by offering a ‘learner-friendly flexible class’ targeting retirees starting their second act in life, career-interrupted women, adult learners, and employed workers with a high school diploma or higher preparing for re-employment, covering areas from digital new technologies to sports fields promoting hobbies and health.

The IT Online Entrepreneurship Department (Computer Information Division, 2-year program, 60 students) provides practical training from basics of online entrepreneurship to marketing and startup, enabling students to become smart store CEOs, YouTube creators, and advance into IT system operation and IT content development. The Smart Manufacturing Convergence Engineer Training Class (AI Convergence Mechanical Division, 20 students) offers education in digital design and manufacturing technologies such as 3D modeling, 3D printing, scanning technology, as well as integrated education in automation design and robot control.
Additionally, the IT Practical Talent Training Class (Semiconductor Electronics Division, 20 students) covers cutting-edge IT and electronics fields necessary for daily life, including secondary batteries, semiconductors, computer applications, metaverse, AI, IT utilization, and social media usage. The Electrical Technician Class (Renewable Energy Electrical Division, 35 students) prepares adult learners aiming for employment in electrical and industrial safety fields by helping them obtain certifications such as Electrical Industry Engineer and Industrial Safety Engineer while earning their degree.
The Construction Technician Training Class (Architecture Department, evening, 25 students) aims to cultivate technical personnel in architectural practice by fostering specialized technical manpower in architectural design and engineering technology fields, focusing on training junior technicians for construction sites. The DIY Interior Decoration Department (Interior Design Department, evening, 25 students) trains ‘practical interior experts’ with expertise in both theory and practice, covering interior design, construction, woodworking skills, self-interior, and interior coordination.
The Social Welfare Adult Learner Class (Social Welfare Department, weekday class 30 students, Saturday class 80 students) operates various qualification courses such as Level 2 Social Worker, Psychological Counselor, and Caregiver courses to cultivate social welfare professionals equipped with expertise and practical skills for a super-aged society.
The Park Golf Management Department (Business Accounting Service Division, 90 students) offers easy and enjoyable courses including park golf, real estate, finance, taxes, and current affairs, supporting qualification acquisition such as Park Golf Education Instructor and Park Golf Game Recorder.

Lee Ji-hoon, Deputy Director of Admissions at Yeungjin College, said, “For adult learners aged 35 and older enrolling through the college’s own admission track and non-quota admission track, a 50% tuition reduction benefit applies for all semesters, and various other scholarship benefits are also available according to the college’s scholarship regulations. Graduates of this program are awarded an associate degree and are eligible to apply for the major advanced course to obtain a bachelor’s degree,” expressing hope for much interest.
