According to Mokpo Maritime Police on the 28th, consolation money was delivered to Officer Lee Hee-geun of the Mokpo Maritime Police Station Jido Substation on the 27th.
Officer Lee gave birth to triplets in July, bringing great joy to the local community amid the serious social issue of low birth rates.
In addition, consolation money was delivered to nine marginalized marine workers in the jurisdiction and three members of the Mokpo Maritime Police Veterans Association, sharing care and love for neighbors and colleagues during Chuseok.
This Chuseok sharing was promoted based on a fund for underprivileged neighbors, prepared by Mokpo Maritime Police officers pooling their sincerity little by little on every payday to help those in need in our society.
