Korea Ceramic Foundation to Host Gyeonggi Craft Festa... October 6-9
The Korea Ceramic Foundation will hold the '2023 Gyeonggi Craft Festa' at the Gyeonggi Craft Creation Support Center from October 6 to 9.
The Gyeonggi Craft Festa, which began in 2020, is Gyeonggi Province's representative craft cultural festival held every autumn at the Gyeonggi Craft Creation Support Center. It was planned to spread the value of craft culture and provide cultural enjoyment opportunities to residents through various events such as craft-related education, experiences, events, exhibitions, and markets.
This year, the Korea Ceramic Foundation will conduct a total of nine events including ▲Craft Market & Experience Booths ▲Craft Special Lectures ▲Craft Education Programs ▲Craft Experience Events ▲Exhibition and Demonstration of Award-Winning Works from the Craft Skills Contest ▲Exhibition of Award-Winning Works from the Gyeonggi Province Craft Competition ▲Craft Club Performance Presentations ▲Yeogang Naru Market (community-linked event) ▲and Center Open Events.
Choi Moon-hwan, CEO of the Korea Ceramic Foundation, stated, "We hope that through this Gyeonggi Craft Festa, many people will enjoy and experience craft culture and have an opportunity to feel the charm of the value of craft culture."
