Jeong Yujeong: "I Didn't Kill, I Moved It"... What She Said to Her Father Right After Arrest
Teaser Video for Wave Documentary Released on the 26th
Also Expresses Disappointment Toward Father
Phone call recordings before and after the crime committed by Jeong Yujeong, who was arrested and indicted for murdering a peer woman she met through a tutoring app and mutilating and abandoning the body, have been released.
On the 26th, the online video streaming service (OTT) Wave released the second teaser video of the documentary "Evil Reporter," which contains Jeong Yujeong's actual voice.
The video includes a phone call between Jeong Yujeong and her father on the day she was arrested. Jeong Yujeong said, "I didn't kill her, I moved her. She was a stranger. She died. I didn't cut up the body."
When her flustered father asked, "Did she die because of you? Who killed her?" Jeong Yujeong replied, "She was killed by someone I don't know. I have nothing to do with it." She also said, "I saw her being killed."
When her father asked if she put the body in a suitcase, Jeong Yujeong answered, "Yes. I didn't cut it." Then her father said, "Oh Yujeong, why did you do that?" and was at a loss for words.
Phone call recordings from three days before the crime were also released. Jeong Yujeong expressed resentment to her father, saying, "You haven't experienced what I went through. I don't feel sorry for (the victim) at all. I'm the most pitiful," and "If I make a big deal out of it, I won't be able to handle the aftermath, so I should commit suicide."
