Baemin Supports Free Enrollment in Traditional Market Flood and Windstorm Insurance
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok (hereinafter Baemin), announced on the 27th that it will sponsor 50 million KRW to enable traditional market fire mutual aid subscribers to also enroll in flood and windstorm insurance.
The traditional market flood and windstorm insurance subscription support project is a program jointly prepared by the Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS) and Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance to help merchants who have subscribed to traditional market fire mutual aid prepare for natural disasters such as typhoons and floods.
Woowa Brothers supports new and renewing subscribers of traditional market fire mutual aid to enroll in flood and windstorm insurance free of charge. The total sponsorship amount is 50 million KRW, and through this fund, about 1,200 traditional market merchants are expected to be protected from flood and windstorm damage.

From March last year, the flood and windstorm insurance support project was carried out in Busan, Jeju, Jeonnam, Gangwon, Seoul, and other regions, with a total of about 30,000 small business owners subscribing, and the support amount reached 830 million KRW.
