Captain Kaplinsky was charged with causing the sinking accident by colliding the cruise ship 'Viking Sigyn' with the sightseeing boat 'Hable?ny' near the Margaret Bridge in Budapest while operating the large cruise ship on the Danube River on May 29, 2019, and also for failing to properly carry out rescue measures after the accident.
