Social Welfare Facilities and 1,850 Low-Income Households Receive Care Packages
Lee Byeong-no, the mayor of Damyang County, shared warmth by visiting social welfare facilities in the area to celebrate the Korean traditional holiday Chuseok.
According to the county on the 26th, the day before, Mayor Lee visited Herim Living Center and Yesu Maeum House with staff members to deliver consolation goods and encourage the users and workers of the social welfare facilities.
Damyang County delivered various consolation goods to 23 social welfare facilities, low-income households, families of national veterans, and 1,850 households in welfare blind spots to ensure a warm Chuseok for all residents.
